Sea Mist Properties Ltd has been in operation from January 2011. Previous to this the company was involved with the snaggings and furnishing of new build properties on the Polyxenia complex in Pernera.
Once this was complete we then split and evolved into todays company, further assisting clients to maintain their villa's and apartments to a high standard whilst also maximising rental opportunities.
Sea Mist Properties Ltd are now increasing it's portfolio of properties and widening its catchment area beyond just the Pernera region and are therefore looking for owners to join our successful team.
Our office is based in Pernera, close to the Golden Coast Hotel and is managed by Paul and Sue who will be more than willing to assist with any enquiries that you may have.
