Sea Mist Properties Ltd and a fully registered Cypriot company based in the resort of Pernera, Cyprus. Operational since the beginning of 2011 we have a select choice of properties available to rent for your short term holidays in eastern Cyprus. The company is managed by Paul and Sue who will be on hand to ensure your stay in one of comfort and enjoyment and can be contacted 24hrs a day for any emergencies that you may have.

 

On all arrivals you will be met by a representative of Sea Mist Properties Ltd to welcome you to the area and to give you information and advice on your stay. We will also explain the surrounding area’s and help with any directions to local attractions and amenities.

 

Our properties will be cleaned and laundered ready for your arrival but you can request additional mid stay cleans and changes of sheets and towels. Safe hire, Wi-Fi, transfers to/from the airport and car hire can also be requested and arranged.
