LOCATION: Located in an established area of Protaras just 1km from the beautiful Profitis Elias church and just a 15/20 minute walk to the main Protaras strip of restaurants, shops and bars. The area offers superb views of the church and the local resort but due to its location people with walking difficulties may find the walk quite strenuous. This location is an excellent base especially for those with a car but it’s also close to the bus route to take you into the local resorts.

The house has an open plan lounge/dining area with comfortable settee’s and TV/DVD/local Cypriot stations. Outdoors there is a large shared patio area (with Elias 2) at both the front and rear of the property with brick built BBQ, table and 4 chairs. Parking is available at the front of the house.
